Thousands of Indigenous women and girls have gone missing or been murdered across Canada.  Trudeau opened a national inquiry into the epidemic. Dena Takruri visits Winnipeg, Manitoba, where more Indigenous women and girls have gone missing or been murdered than anywhere else in the country.
